Who we are
How we work
Most of our work comes from people nearby — a neighbour, a previous customer, someone who remembered we turned up when we said we would. That's the way we'd rather keep it, which means doing the job properly the first time and being straight with people about what's involved.
We cover both plumbing and gas work, so you're not chasing two different trades when a job turns out to involve both. A leaking radiator, a boiler that keeps dropping pressure and a bathroom that needs replumbing can all be dealt with by the same people.
We work in homes and business premises across Ashton-under-Lyne, Stalybridge, Hyde, Dukinfield, Denton, Audenshaw, Mossley and the areas around them. If a job isn't something we can help with, we'll tell you rather than have a go at it.
What you can expect
- An explanation of the problem in plain terms before any work starts
- A clear idea of what the job involves and what it will cost
- Work carried out tidily, with the mess cleared up afterwards
- An honest answer if repairing something makes more sense than replacing it
- The same person to speak to from the first call through to the job being finished
